I cover all BTS with a 3 month rtb warranty. Parts and Labour. If the bike develops a fault due to manufacturer and is not caused by misuse or neglect and the bike has been properly maintained then it may be covered by our warranty. The labour warranty is only redeemable with us, so if you get someone else to do the repair you will have to pay for the labour you cannot claim it back off us. It is up to you to get the bike to us for repair and all costs are at your/the customers expense Parts will only be replaced after the original has been returned and inspected. This not a factory warranty. If you purchase the bike and want the warranty then these are the conditions it is a return to base warranty. If any modifications or repairs are done to the bike (except by us) then the warranty will be void. The bikes come with a 1 month parts only warranty as standard and the 3 month P &L warranty is only valid when servicing and repair work is carried out by Jacobikes.
